ShadeVision for the Dentist

X-Rite developed the ShadeVision System to help dentists and
dental laboratories achieve highly accurate shade matches. This imaging
colorimeter quickly captures a tooth shade measurement and then compares the
captured color data to the software's database. This curriculum teaches
you how to target properly, software navigation, sending data to the lab, as
well as cleaning and maintaining your instrument.

the restoration in order to visually assess how well it will blend with
existing dentition. X-Rite calls this the "Virtual try-in".
